The Competition Law and Foreign Investment Review Section committees focus on core areas of competition law. There are 12 active Committees:

Committees prepare submissions to the Competition Bureau, the Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development and various parliamentary bodies on issues of current interest. They organize educational presentations, propose programs for the Annual Spring and Fall Conferences and liaise with foreign and antitrust organizations. Committees provide Section members with opportunities to stay abreast of developments in competition law and to network with other members with similar interests.
