This structure doesn't just improve outcomes for clients, it drives consistent, high-quality work across departments, allowing our legal team to focus on legal excellence rather than business development alone.

We are now seeking a Senior Real Estate and Litigation Lawyer to join our growing legal team.

  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients in high-pressure situations
  • Collaborate with internal TAG professionals on cross-disciplinary matters
  • Oversee real estate closings for purchase, sales and refinance matters
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and client care

What makes this role different

  • Integrated referral ecosystem: A steady flow of relevant work driven by TAG's legal, financial and marketing divisions.
  • Administrative and accounting support: So you can focus on the law and client strategy
  • Flexible work environment: A hybrid structure that respects both autonomy and collaboration
  • Positive, collegial culture: A firm that values respect, transparency, and long-term professional relationships
  • Growth-minded firm: TAG is actively investing in new service lines and client-focused solutions

  • Opportunity to play a senior role within a growing, integrated firm
  • Health and Dental Benefits for you and your family

Qualifications & experience

  • Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
  • Significant experience in civil and/or commercial litigation
  • Significant experience in Real Estate solicitor work
  • Strong judgment, client-management skills, and commercial awareness
  • Ability to manage files independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Experience in real estate litigation, insolvency litigation, or enforcement proceedings would be considered an asset
  • Completion of a LLB, LLM or JD from a Canadian Law School

Why the Aruldason Group

At TAG, litigation is not isolated, it is part of a broader client solution.

Our integrated structure allows you to practice at a high level while benefiting from collaboration, consistent workflow, and a firm that is intentionally building something different in the Ontario market.

If you are a senior litigator looking for a role where your practice can expand within a modern, strategically integrated firm, we'd welcome the conversation.
