The CBA supports Bill S-212, to provide for the expiry of the criminal records after a given time. The CBA suggests extending the bill to prohibit public dissemination of non-conviction information.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
