Senior Litigation Strategist / Counsel of Record

Description

We are managing a mature, complex litigation file in Ontario that has reached a decisive threshold. The evidentiary record, spanning financial discrepancies, tran inconsistencies, and expert testimony—is complete, organized, and preserved. I do not require discovery or document summary. I require a forensic strategist to assume immediate carriage, identify the final pressure points, and execute a strategy designed to force a resolution. You will own the strategy, leverage the significant evidentiary record to dismantle the opposing position’s internal logic, and drive the matter toward a final conclusion. The existing documentation provides the necessary leverage to neutralize the opposition; my expectation is the swift application of that leverage. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of active practice in Ontario civil litigation.

• Proven capacity to dismantle credibility-based disputes and complex fraud claims.

• Total ownership of the file; I do not manage counsel, counsel manages the operation.

• Engagement strictly on a milestone-based, high-performance model.
