Young lawyers comprise almost 40% of CBA members. The CBA Young Lawyers Section priorities include work-life balance, international profile, targeted member service for young lawyers and pro bono initiatives.
Our Mandate
The CBA Young Lawyers Section aims to:
- Play a leadership role in the governance of the CBA
- Promote and maintain membership of young lawyers and Quebec notaries in the CBA
- Offer opportunities to exchange professional ideas among lawyers and Quebec notaries of similar age or experience
- Sponsor programs for young lawyers and Quebec notaries to advance their professional education and welfare
- Study issues of interest to young lawyers and Quebec notaries
