The CBA recommends changes to the Income Tax Act and interpretation bulletin IT-99R5 to correct inequality in tax law for parents who have a shared time arrangement with their children.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
