The Canadian Bar Association recommends not bringing the Private Right of Action provisions of Canada's Anti-Spam Laws (CASL) into effect until after the scheduled review of CASL.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
