The CBA recommends amendments to the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada’s Chairperson Guideline 3 on procedural and evidentiary issues for Child Refugee Claimants.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
