The Joint Canadian Bar Association/Canadian Professional Accountants of Canada Taxation Committee comments on Excessive Interest and Financing Expenses Limitation proposals in the draft legislation released on February 4, 2022.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
