The CBA asks the Supreme Court of Canada to introduce a gowning policy to accommodate counsel who cannot meet traditional gowning requirements due to personal circumstances such as pregnancy, medical condition or disability
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
