The Canadian Bar Association welcomes a code of conduct for patent and trademark agents and recommends changes to provide greater clarity about the scope of agent work and to deal with the unauthorized practice of law by non-lawyer agents.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
