The CBA encourages the Chairs of the three Working Groups (mature minors, advance requests, mental illness) established by the Expert Panel on Medical Assistance in Dying to consider the experiences of lawyers and their clients.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
