The CBA says Assisted Human Reproduction Act regulations should improve uniformity in the law, avoid restricting the availability of reproductive technologies and avoid reliance on criminal law.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
