The CBA urges the Justice Minister to amend Bill C-9 to add an intermediate level of appeal from a final decision of the Canadian Judicial Council to the Federal Court of Appeal.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
