The CBA opposes private member’s Bill C-311, which would make attacks on a pregnant person an aggravating circumstance in sentencing, and urges the government to protect the right to abortion access.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
