The CBA notes the Competition Bureau's draft Abuse of Dominance Enforcement Guidelines sometimes take an inconsistent or expansive view of the jurisprudence, and suggests clarifications.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
