Legal Counsel – Labour & Employment

The Millwright Regional Council (MRC) is seeking a Labour & Employment Lawyer to support labour relations, dispute resolution, and jurisdictional matters across Canada. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Toronto with responsibilities spanning multiple provinces.

This is a hands-on role working directly with leadership on real-time labour relations matters, collective bargaining support, jurisdictional disputes, and national workforce strategy. The position reports directly to the CEO / Executive Secretary-Treasurer and offers significant responsibility and independence.
