Division: Auto Fund & SGI Canada

We are hiring four (4) Lawyer positions – two (2) in the Auto Fund division and two (2) in the SGI Canada division
We’re seeking talented legal professionals to join our team with four (4) available positions for junior to high-level lawyers. Two (2) of these roles are in the Auto Fund group, and the other two (2) roles are in the SGI Canada group. These roles offer the opportunity to provide legal advice to support policy development and business operations, provide legal opinions and conduct litigation for cases of moderate to high complexity, appear before appeal tribunals, and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive workforce.
Please note in your application if you are applying for a position in either the Auto Fund or SGI Canada division (or both) and your preferred location.
We hope you consider applying if you:
- Are motivated to conduct court proceedings, mediations, settlement conferences, and hearings before the Automobile Injury Appeal Commission.
- Excels at providing critical legal analysis on liability, damages, litigation strategy, and evidentiary issues.
- Are prepared to conduct legal research and prepare briefs related to legislation, contractual interpretation, liability, and damages.
- Are interested in identifying and analyzing legal risks that affect corporate practices or business strategy.
- Committed to fostering a culture of leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A law degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution.
- Membership with the Law Society of Saskatchewan, or eligibility to become a member.
- 1 – 10+ years experience in the practice of law.
- A proven track record of strong advocacy, negotiation, and critical-thinking skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships and guide internal partners through legal processes.
- Outstanding communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
