Our client, a dynamic bilingual civil litigation boutique firm in Ottawa, is seeking an experienced litigation lawyer to join their team. The practice is diverse and includes defamation, linguistic rights, medical malpractice, personal injury, and a broad range of other civil matters. You'll handle hands-on court work, including motions, discoveries, examinations, settlement conferences, trials, and more.

Location: Ottawa

Key Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of practical civil litigation experience (hands-on courtroom and file management essential).

• Strong bilingualism (English/French)

• Called to the Ontario Bar min 3 years

• Proven ability to work independently on varied files.
