Drury Family Law is a growing boutique family law firm in Calgary dedicated exclusively to resolving complex family law matters with strategic, client-focused advocacy. We are seeking a motivated Associate Lawyer to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who wants to build a strong litigation practice in family law while working in a collaborative and supportive firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage family law files including divorce, parenting disputes, support, and property division

• Draft pleadings, affidavits, briefs, and settlement proposals

• Attend chambers, applications, questioning, mediations, and trials

• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts

• Contribute to case strategy and legal research

Qualifications

• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta (or eligible for admission)

• 1–5 years of litigation experience preferred (family law experience is an asset but not required)

• Strong advocacy, drafting, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage files independently while collaborating with a team

• Excellent client service and communication skills
