Brownlee LLP is offering excellent opportunities for highly skilled service-oriented Associates with 2-4 years of relevant experience looking to join one of Edmonton’s leading law firms. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas of commercial & construction law: construction litigation including bond claims, builders’ liens and procedures under the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act; and general procurement issues. Experience in general commercial litigation, including: debt enforcement, drafting pleadings; handling Court applications; conducting cross-examinations and questioning, etc., is also an asset.
