We are currently seeking a junior-senior level Associate to join our Labour and Employment practice group. This is a full-time, permanent position with the option of working from our Victoria, Chilliwack or Abbotsford offices and has potential for some remote work. We work with a wide range of clients, including a large number of First Nations and indigenous organizations. In this role, you will provide strategic labour and employment advice to both employers and individuals before labour boards, courts, tribunals and mediators. We are looking for someone who can excel with client relationships and exercise sound judgement with minimal supervision. You must have strong advocacy skills and excel in negotiations, drafting, research and analytical skills with a practical, solution focused approach. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for strong mentorship and a chance to develop or further develop their career in workplace law.
