MacGillivray Injury & Insurance Law is seeking a motivated Plaintiff Personal Injury Lawyer to join their growing team. This role is based in Atlantic Canada, with flexibility to work from home most of the time.

You’ll handle a mix of motor vehicle accident and disability claim files, working alongside a founding partner who values efficiency, innovation, and continuous learning. The firm operates as a well-oiled machine, with strong administrative and paralegal support to help lawyers focus on client work rather than paperwork.

This is a growth hire to support expansion into new provinces. You’ll join a firm that values autonomy, technology adoption (including AI tools), and work-life balance.
