Associate Lawyer

Description

MMS Law Firm requires a motivated associate lawyer who is looking for an opportunity to join, build and develop a successful practice in Kelowna and the Okanagan. You will have the support of a full legal team, including 5 busy partners and many fantastic paralegals and legal assistants. We do not practice litigation and are intentionally a solicitor's practice.

Our main areas of legal practice are:

• Business Transactions
• Corporate/Commercial
• Commercial Lending
• Real Estate Conveyancing (sales, purchases, mortgages)
• Real Estate Development
• Estate Planning and Estate Administration

If you have successfully completed articles and partnership is your long-term practice goal, we welcome your application. Our preference is that you have some prior practice experience so that it is clear to you that a general solicitor's practice is the right path for your long-term career.
