Our nationwide practice addresses complex constitutional and administrative law issues, including litigation of historic and modern treaty matters and high-level negotiations.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a bilingual junior to mid‑level associate to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful litigation and participate in high‑level negotiations that shape Indigenous governance and rights across Canada. 

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed and called to the bar in both Quebec and Ontario (or another common law province).
  • Both common and civil law degrees (e.g., JD/LLB and BCL or equivalent).
  • Bilingual in French and English, with strong written and oral advocacy skills.
  • 2-5 years of experience with demonstrated interest and practical exposure to litigation and negotiation work.
  • Demonstrated interest or knowledge of Aboriginal and constitutional law, and a commitment to building a practice focused on Indigenous governance.

Full-time

Compensation

$115,000 - $165,000/year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus tied to billings.
