- December 5, 2025, is the deadline for resolution proposals
- February 11, 2026, is the deadline for resolution amendments
- February 26, 2026, is the day of the AGM
Resolutions
The deadline for submitting resolutions for debate at the Annual General Meeting is December 5, 2025.
Resolutions will be posted online in January, allowing members to post comments on the resolution discussion boards. This is your opportunity to discuss the issues before the meeting starts. Amendments must be submitted by February 11, 2026.
