The CBA National Air and Space Law Section is seeking nominations for a Vice-Chair and a Secretary for a two-year term from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2027, and up to ten Members-at-Large, for a one-year term from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026.
Vice-Chair
The Vice-Chair acts for the Chair in the absence or inability of the Chair to act, attends meetings and conference calls and assists the Chair and Executive Committee as needed.
Secretary
The Secretary is responsible for preparing minutes of meetings and conference calls in a timely manner and otherwise assists the Executive as needed.
The Secretary sequentially occupies each office through to Chair, which involves an six-year commitment.
Members-at-Large
Member-at-Large positions are open to Section members who wish to actively participate in the work of the Section. Members-at-Large attend meetings and conference calls as they are able and provide input or take responsibility for various tasks as they arise. There are many opportunities to assist.
Young lawyers and students with a particular interest or relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Nominations
Nominations must be received by May 31, 2025. When filling positions, the Section takes various factors into account, including language, geographic representation and diversity. Aviation experience is recommended and preferred. We consider members who are familiar with and active in Section activities, but also seek new participants.
