Mandate

The Section sought to confirm the similarities between our provincially based practices and identify how they differed for the benefit of all its members. Increasingly, our practices are not limited to the geographic region will live or work in and often we need to understand how the practice works beyond our provincial borders in order to better serve our clients.  

The subcommittee was created to break down the real estate transaction in components and provide an overview of that topic in every province or territory. The goal of the Chart is to provide a picture of the real estate practice throughout Canada to better serve clients but also to possibly improve our practices with the best practices of others.
