The Joint Canadian Bar Association/Canadian Professional Accountants of Canada Taxation Committee comments on proposed tax changes for the conversion of a surplus of a Canadian Controlled Private Corporation into capital gains.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
