The Joint CBA/CPA of Canada Taxation Committee recommends that the CRA simplify Section 116 by enabling direct remittances, reducing overpayments, and removing unnecessary tax return filings for non-resident vendors.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
