Mandate
- Legislation that confers judicial or rulemaking powers on public officials
- The administration of such legislation
- Administrative tribunal jurisdiction, procedure and organization
- Practice of lawyers before administrative tribunals
- Legal practice relating to government
- Judicial review of the exercise of administrative powers
Our Section liaises regularly with the Council of Canadian Administrative Tribunals.
