This document is a collection of questions posed by Canadian immigration lawyers to Immigration Representatives of Citizenship and Immigration Canada and the responses received regarding a variety of immigration issues. The collection was gathered by canvassing immigration lawyers through the CBA Immigration Section Listserv in February 2016, and is presented here verbatim.
