The CBA’s Anti-Corruption Team wrote to the Minister of Public Works and Government Services Canada outlining concerns about the current Integrity Framework. While supporting efforts to root out corruption, a debarment regime must respect the rule of law, due process, be transparent and applied in an equitable manner.
