Projet de loi S-5 — Loi visant un système de soins de santé connecté au Canada
Les sections de l’ABC appuient l’objectif du projet de loi S-5 d’améliorer l’accès aux données électroniques sur la santé, mais soulignent que la loi doit s’harmoniser avec les lois existantes sur la protection de la vie privée. Elles demandent aussi des définitions plus claires, des exigences de protection plus robustes et une plus grande certitude en ce qui a trait à l’interopérabilité, à l’application de la loi et à la responsabilisation.
