All our projects have a component of capacity development and institution building.  Capacity and institution building is fundamental to help partners achieve their own objectives and the ability to develop sustainably. 

Projects support professional and skills training of lawyers, judges, prosecutors, paralegals and others. Our work with partners includes developing organizational structure, governance, management and internal processes. We also help develop service delivery methods for their institutions, such as bar associations, legal aid organizations, ministries of justice, courts and training institutions.
