Gowning Requirements for Counsel (Chief Justice of the Federal Court)

The CBA recommends changes to the Federal Court Court’s gowning policies to accommodate counsel who need to depart from traditional gowning requirements due to personal circumstances such as pregnancy, medical condition or disability.
