CBA Comments on Bill S-14

Bill S-14 was introduced in the Senate on February 5, 2013, and received Royal Assent on June 19, 2013. The Bill amends the Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act, namely introducing a nationality clause and repealing the exception for facilitation payments.
