The Supporting Inclusive Resource Development in East Africa (SIRD) project is looking for five  dynamic and skilled young lawyers to support a range of community engagement activities in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania for a period of 4 – 8 weeks between September – November 2022.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Volunteers will work closely with the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), the Uganda Law Society (ULS), the East Africa Law Society (EALS) and/or the East African Community (EAC) to strengthen community legal pathways through providing support for women’s groups and other community members with advocacy initiatives, case management support, and assisting with legal aid clinics.
