About
ADVANCING LAW AND JUSTICE
The Law Reform Subcommittee pursues improvements in the law and the legal system that reflect the CBA's commitment to the Rule of Law, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and fundamental human rights. These include issues of concern to the legal community, and public interest issues when the legal profession has a social or moral obligation to respond. We contribute to public debate on important law reform matters.
