CBA ADMINISTRATIVE LAW, LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT LAW CONFERENCE – NOVEMBER 17-18
After a successful in-person conference in 2022, the CBA Administrative Law and CBA Labour & Employment Law Sections are once again co-hosting the conference from November 17-18, 2023 in Ottawa.
Get ready for this year’s conference! We’re bringing back favourites, such as the annual administrative law update led by Professor Paul Daly, and an engaging discussion on the standard of review with the Honourable Justice David W. Stratas.
For administrative law practitioners, there will be valuable insights on emerging issues in professional regulatory law and a chance to explore the evolving standard of fairness in administrative decisions. Meanwhile, labor and employment practitioners can look forward to updates on the year’s prominent cases from across Canada and the latest information on employment law class actions!
Stayed tuned for further details!
