The CBA Business and Human Rights Guide is an initiative of the Canadian Bar Association's International Law Section. It initially began with the support of the Ontario Bar Association's International Law Section.

The Guide was drafted by a team of subject matter experts. CBA members and staff provided comments and editorial guidance throughout the drafting process.
