The CBA on Immigration Consultants

The Immigration Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA Section) wrote to the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship to comment on the Government Response to the Citizenship and Immigration Committee Report, Starting Again: Improving Government Oversight of Immigration Consultants, presented to the House of Commons in October 2017.

Along the way she made a name for herself doing public interest litigation for LGBT communities. She sat down recently for an interview with OBA student member Natasha R.
