Dear members,
Welcome to a new CBA year! The upcoming year will be an exciting time to be involved with the CBA Women Lawyers Forum (WLF). I’m writing to inform you of the various provincial events and programs the WLF has planned for the next few months.
Meet our 2017-2018 executive. We are here to help and would love to hear from you. Be sure to follow us on Twitter for the latest WLF news. We also encourage you to join the WLF LinkedIn group and visit our webpage for the latest news, articles and more!
Below is a sampling of programs being offered across Canada that will help you maintain your connection to this profession, and in turn hopefully improve the retention of women as a whole. In particular, I encourage you to attend this year’s Leadership Conference for Professional Women (details below).
Please reach out and get involved, whether it is locally or nationally. I look forward to working with you all this year.
Sincerely,
Sara Gottlieb
Chair, CBA Women Lawyers Forum
