We are pleased to announce that the Tables of National Concordance are available online with an introduction and list of questions. Contact us to get the provincial tables. The tables were prepared by Section members. They are intended for use by CBA members in working with the varying laws across Canada relating to estate and trust planning and administration.

Essay Contest Winners
The Section is pleased to announce Rebecca Xie as the inaugural winner of the 2022 CBA Wills, Estates and Trusts Section Essay Contest for the paper “Subsequent Spouses, Testamentary Dispositions, and Undue Influence”. Rebecca is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
