RISK MANAGEMENT FOR ELECTRONIC EVIDENCE IN THE GOVERNMENT CONTEXT – FEBRUARY 16
Electronic evidence creates different risks than traditional paper based evidence, particularly with costs and privilege issues. This session will discuss the risks and provide suggestions for minimizing and managing risk relating to electronic evidence. Counsel will discuss how the case law is developing across Canada and the unique challenges faced by the public sector.

2022 JOHN TAIT AWARD OF EXCELLENCE RECIPIENT
