I am honoured to serve as the Section Chair for 2023-2024. On behalf of the Executive, I would like to thank our Past Chair, Alan Cofman, for his hard work last year. Additionally, we welcome our new Secretary, Dino Rossi, and incoming Members-at-Large, Anne Legars and Kimberley Walsh to the Executive.

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a webinar on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. Our speakers will present topical issues and recent decisions on maritime law and practice.
