UPCOMING PD WITH THE AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION
On September 12th we will be hosting a joint session on restrictive covenants and NDAs with our colleagues south of the border. This session will explore this hot topic from both US and Canadian perspectives and includes panelists from both sides of the employment law bar. We hope that this will be the first of many joint sessions between the CBA and the ABA.

We also held a PD session in French on common law reasonable notice with the French Speaking Common Law Lawyers Section in June. Thanks to our panelists and attendees for making the session a success and we look forward to hosting more sessions in both official languages.
