Advocacy highlights
The Section has been busy with a variety of advocacy projects including participating in the CBA working group responding to Global Affairs Canada’s consultation on a potential free trade agreement with Indonesia. In addition, Section representatives on the CBA Anti-Corruption Team are helping to develop best practices for internal investigations of white-collar crimes. Finally, the Section’s working group on the Business and Human Rights Toolkit is moving towards completing the toolkit and preparing for its publication and launch this summer.
