Enter the Atrium Law Student Essay Contest
If you know any Law Students or if you are one yourself, please consider entering the Section’s essay contest (May 2, 2023 deadline). Entrants have a chance to win a $500 cash prize, a complimentary registration to the PD conference and have their essay published on the Section webpage.
Construction & Infrastructure Award of Excellence
The Award of Excellence was established to recognize exceptional contributions by individuals both to the law in general and to construction and infrastructure practice. The award is presented biennially at the Construction & Infrastructure Law Conference.

Advocacy Highlights
Our Section is a member of the CBA Anti-Corruption Team (CBA-ACT), a multi-Section committee comprised of members from various Sections. The CBA-ACT monitors developments in relevant legislation, regulations and policies and pushes for improvements in the law of anti-corruption.
Recently, the Section assisted with the review of the “Guide for Internal Investigations of White-Collar Crime”. This Guide discusses best practices to conduct an internal investigation into allegations of bribery, corruption and other white-collar crimes.
