Join us on Friday, April 5 to meet with the Executive, constitutional and human rights lawyers from diverse institutions, articling students and law students to mingle with a drink and snacks! Registrants are invited to a mixer with our special guest, The Honourable Malcolm Rowe, at the CBA National Office in Ottawa, Ontario. Prior to being appointed to the Supreme Cour of Canada in 2016, Justice Rowe served as a lecturer in public and constitutional law at the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law.

PROMOTE OUR ESSAY CONTEST!
Promote our Student Essay Contest where students can win $500 for the best paper dealing with constitutional and human rights issues.
The objectives of the contest are to promote and reward interest in, and writing about constitutional and human rights law topics by students in Canadian law schools, and to encourage participation by Canadian law students in the CBA’s Constitutional and Human Rights Law Section activities.
The submission deadline for this year’s contest is May 2, 2024. Details on the contest criteria and eligibility are available.
